Mott Workforce & Economic Development (MCC WED) is devoted to empowering individuals and provides the support necessary to pursue education and training, leading to gainful employment and advancement in career pathways. Many students need both employment and skill development. While providing stackable credentials, WED partners with employers to match workforce skill needs with highly qualified candidates and engage in community improvement initiatives.
